Prior to each Board of Regents meeting, a public hearing is held at each of the Board’s five institutions, as well as the Board office. These public hearings were recommended by the Board’s Transparency Task Force and were adopted by the Board of Regents at its August 2013 meeting.
The hour-long public hearings provide an opportunity for members of the public to submit video-recorded comments, which are shared with the Board members and posted to the Board’s website.
The schedule of public hearings is available on the Board’s transparency page. The schedule includes the specific dates, times, and locations for each hearing. Videos of past public hearings are also available.
